The OOOO Winnipeg Rising City Ministries aims to advocate against city's ills, and through divine pathways, counsel out and uplift people into free, joyful and employed citizens.

1. Ministering to Vulnerable Persons

Field Work





OOOO Winnipeg the Rising City Ministries works by faith, love, compassion, mercy and grace of Jesus Christ. In the field we support vulnerable people affected by the city’s addictions and challenges. The lived experience of vulnerable people includes:


• Ungodliness

• Homelessness

• Intoxication

• Prostitution

• Homicides

• Racism

• Drugs


Volunteers in the field minister to people by speaking to them and offering any help they can give. More importantly, people are affirmed and appreciated.






The OOOO Winnipeg Rising City Institute provides Christian counselling, mentoring and training services to people willing and determined to escape the city’s ills. Services are provided on a one-on-one basis or in a group setting and in-person or virtually.

A. Counselling against Addictions





The OOOO WINNIPEG Rising City Institute COUNSELS people against:

• Ungodliness
• Homelessness
• Intoxication
• Prostitution
• Homicides
• Racism
• Drugs

During this process the person experiences an AWAKENING.

B. Mentoring & Training in Divine Pathways





The OOOO Winnipeg Rising City Institute MENTORS and TRAINS individuals experiencing an awakening in Divine Pathways to total recovery and freedom from addictions. Mentorship and training sessions comprise:

3. Reconciliation

4. Deliverance

5. Wellness

6. The Truth

7. Freedom

8. Rejoicing

9. Employment


Attending OOOO Winnipeg Rising City Institute is designed to be a life changing experience. Participants are empowered with faith, confidence, personal responsibility and accountable conduct and further equipped with skills to apply their gifts in and for employment.
